Being in a state of gratitude is the most powerful thing you can do to be happy in your daily life. Being thankful reminds you of al the positive and good things in your life. And that is what we need as most of us forget that in our day to day busy life. It also helps you turn bad things into good things. When you are having problems at work? Just be grateful that you have work. Be grateful you have challenges, and that life isn’t boring. Be grateful that you can learn from these challenges. And be thankful that they make you a stronger person. Gratitude shapes your energy and what you are grateful for expands.
For example, try this simple exercise:
Say to yourself five times: “I’m not happy, I’m not happy, I’m not happy, I’m not happy, I’m not happy.”How do you feel?
Now do another exercise:
While standing straight and jumping, say to yourself: “I’m very happy, I’m very happy, I’m very happy, I’m very happy, I’m very happy!”
How do you feel now? You will see the difference very quickly. Feeling grateful attracts more of what you want. If you are happy with what you have and focus on what you really want, and don’t focus on what you don’t want, you will see that more things will go well in your life, and as a result more doors of opportunity will open for you.Feeling grateful also makes you happy. It makes you feel good, it makes you feel powerful, it makes you strong, and it gives you peace of mind as you know everything is good!

You can think more clearly and you are much more focused.A good way to start your day is by saying five or more things that you are grateful for. If you do this every morning, either in your bathroom or when you are in your car, or if you are somewhere waiting in a line that is taking a long time, you will see that your energy will shift immediately. You will feel much more energetic and be happier. This way, you don’t care that the line is so long and you have to wait, or that you’re sitting in a traffic jam.Learn to be grateful for the small, simple things, as there are many things you can be grateful for. Write a list, because when you write them down, you will see how it makes you feel better.The real power of gratitude is the feeling you create. When you feel grateful and you feel good, you attract more good into your life, which is very important to your well-being.
So, be grateful for the things you want in your life as if they were already yours. If you want certain things in your life, feel as though you already have them and say to yourself, “I have it, I’m happy.” This becomes very powerful for you.

Do this exercise every day:Take time every day to think about five things you are happy about and five things that you are grateful for. This exercise can be done in the morning while you’re in the shower, while you’re driving in traffic, or anywhere at any time. Remember to be grateful for five things you want in your life like they are already yours.
