Law of attraction & why use meditation

You hear more and more people talking about law of attraction and how it affects our life. The Law of Attraction means that you attract everything into your life whatever you think about. Your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest. So that is why its think to positive very important in your life. When you think positive you will create more positive things in your life. The law of attraction is not something new it has always been there.  And have been taught by the greatest masters thousands of years ago see the following quotes from great people:

The law of attraction is part of our life and it tells what we think about whole day long we attract in our life.  When you are thinking the whole day

about negative thoughts or you worry many times.  You will attract more of this in your life!  The law of attraction works for everybody and it does not matter If you are a good or bad person it gives you what you think and feel most of the time!
Our focus is in this chapter is to lead you to the 4 most important steps to use the law of attraction in a positive way in your life.

Step 1: Ask for what you want “Energy flows where your attention goes” You do this by focusing on what you desire and want to achieve and focus as less as possible on what you do not want in life…conscious or subconscious. Now the key is not to focus on what you do not want! Here is where people have challenges because there are more than 60000 thoughts running in your mind every day and most people cannot guide their minds, the mind is like a wild dog or a stormy ocean! So they find it almost impossible to not think about what they do not want! This is where meditation comes in the picture to help you! Meditation helps you to control your mind and guide your thoughts. The key is to find inner peace within you and to let the negative thoughts just pass away and focus only on the good ones coming in and create a positive feeling with those. When you start with angel meditations I help you to silence your mind and you wil feel more relaxed! You have more peace of mind and focus! So this will help you to be able to ask only for what you want!

Step 2: Answer Yes, the universe always answers, this is not in your hands! The only thing you can do is to see how the universe answers to what you focus on. In other words, what goes around comes around. The good will that you send out today shall return to bless you many fold!

Step 3: Receiving, Receiving is all about aligning your feelings with what you ask for! Many people don’t understand that if you want to use the law of attraction to achieve what you want, you need to be in alignment with what you want. Most people are full of anger, resistance, cruelty and lacking in self-love; how can they achieve what they want if these take away the energy from them? If you still have these limiting beliefs inside, it is very difficult to make place for the new things that you want to come into your life. It’s like having a full cup of water, there is no space for more. You need to empty the cup first and let go of all the things you do not want in life. Once you have done that there is more than enough space in your cup to attain what you want in your life. Remember the cup is big and the more you grow, the bigger the cup gets. But most people have so much anger, worries and unwanted beliefs that make the cup shrink! And that’s where I can help…..I have designed these meditations to help you to let go of the unwanted old so that the fresh and new things can come in if you allow to open yourself.…and then it can help you to love yourself more….and attract what you want….and make your cup bigger…so there are no limits to what you could attract. The only thing you need to do is to follow the steps. For ultimate results I use other proven methods in these meditations: I have chosen music, powerful positive affirmations and sound effects that will help to bring you to a state of gratitude so you magnify the power of attraction. Many people have difficulty with visualizing, that’s where these meditations will help you as they are guided visualization which help you to visualize what you desire.

Step 4: Action, By taking action towards what you asked for yourself, show the universe your willingness to receive what you want. Some people misunderstand the law of attraction and think they do not have to take any action. This is not correct as by not taking action, you show you do not believe in what you ask for. It is pointless to take action without knowing what you want, but it is extremely vital to take action if you know what you want and you do it in alignment with what you asked for. That’s why you will see that in this companion book i will help you focus on taking action towards your goals and desires.
